What started as a simple love for pastries and the quarter-mile quickly turned into a mobile bakery and coffee bar that launches flavor faster than a nitrous-fed dragster.

In the Sweet Buns “drag strip kitchen,” Monica is the queen of the dough lane. She whips up pastries so good they should be illegal in all 50 states. Every treat is hand-crafted with the precision of a racer pre-staging before the green light-tight, tuned, and ready to blow your taste buds off the starting line.

Ron handles the coffee side like a true pit crew chief. He pulls espresso shots so smooth they could break the sound barrier. His brews come with serious horsepower-guaranteed to turn any slow morning into a 0-to-60 sprint.

Our drag-racing roots don’t just influence the brand… They ARE the brand.

We bring full-throttle fun to every stop. When we roll into a festival or farmers market, we don’t park-we stage. We don’t serve customers-we line ‘em up at the tree. And when someone orders a sweet bun? Oh yeah… that’s a personal best waiting to happen.
